2. What data do we process?

Contact details: your first name, surname, email address, telephone number, the content of your message and any other information you provide when contacting us.

Membership and account details: registration and login details, and the data required to manage membership.

Data on services and activities: the information required to assess and administer applications for participation in activities or for social rehabilitation services.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, security logs and cookie preferences.

Analytical data: information about your use of the website, provided you have given your consent to the use of analytics cookies.

If, when applying for social services, it is necessary to provide information relating to health or disability, such special categories of data are processed only to the extent necessary to organise the service, and only where there is an appropriate legal basis. Please do not submit sensitive data via general website forms unless the association explicitly requests it.

3. Why and on what basis do we process data?

to respond to enquiries and maintain contact, based on your consent or steps taken before entering into an agreement;

to manage membership, accounts, activities and services, in the performance of an agreement, membership relationship or legal obligation;

to ensure website security and operation, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the website, its users and the association’s systems;

to carry out analytics only with your consent;

to fulfil the accounting, reporting and other obligations laid down in legislation.

4. Data retention periods

We retain data relating to general enquiries for up to 6 months after an enquiry has been resolved, unless a longer period is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim or comply with a legal obligation. Membership, account, service and accounting data are retained for the duration of the relevant relationship and afterwards for the period required by law. Retention periods for analytical cookies are specified in the Cookie Policy.

5. Who we may share data with

Data may only be transferred to the extent necessary to providers of website hosting, IT maintenance, security, email, analytics or other services, who process the data in accordance with our instructions. Data may also be provided to state or local authority bodies where required by law.

Google Analytics is used only with consent. Where service providers process data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards for data transfers set out in the GDPR apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request that it be rectified or erased, restrict its processing, object to its processing, receive the data you have provided in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
