Social rehabilitation services in Kelmė. Support for living more independently within the community

The “Olimpikas” Association provides community based social rehabilitation services for adults with disabilities and their families. The services are provided at 15 L. Giros Street in Kelmė and help develop, maintain or restore everyday, social, self expression, healthy lifestyle and employment skills. This support encourages participation in activities, connections with others and greater independence in the community.

Aim of the service: to expand opportunities for independence and employment for people with disabilities, to encourage them to participate more actively in community life, and to help them live independently in their own environment for as long as possible.

Who is it for?

The service is available to adults with disabilities who live in the Kelmė district and have registered their place of residence there, as well as their family members.

The social rehabilitation services provided in Kelmė help to promote independence, employment and the opportunity to participate more actively in community life.

How is this service connected to the “Olimpikas” community?

The activities of the “Olimpikas” Association are intended for the Šiauliai district community. Participants include people with disabilities, their relatives, volunteers and people without disabilities. Social rehabilitation is a separate area of support provided in Kelmė for residents of the Kelmė district. Membership and service provision are separate. To access the service, contact the municipality based on your declared place of residence.
