Members of the “Olimpikas” Association have begun a journey towards healthier and more mindful living. We are taking part in the project “Implementation of preventive measures to strengthen public health in Kelmė District Municipality”.
One of the project activities is "Motivational Mindful Eating Course"designed to encourage a more mindful approach to nutrition, emotional well-being and daily habits.
At the first meeting, participants met the trainer Asta Montvydiene, who gave a warm and accessible presentation on the importance of emotions in our daily lives: how to recognise them, name them and respond to them appropriately.
We are pleased that this training gives us an opportunity to understand ourselves better, change our habits and strengthen both physical and emotional wellbeing. The path to mindfulness begins with small but important steps, and we are glad to take them together!
